At Easy Home Service, we strive to provide quality and timely home services to all our customers. This policy outlines the process for order cancellations and refunds.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Customers may cancel their service order by contacting us through our website, phone, or email.

  • "A cancellation fee of 30% of the ticket value will apply to all service orders, regardless of the service category."

  • Cancellations made after the service has already commenced will not be eligible for a refund (other than the deduction of the cancellation fee, if applicable before start).

2. Refund Policy

  • "If you cancel your order before the service begins, we will refund the amount paid after deducting 30% of the ticket value as a cancellation charge."

  • Refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment (e.g., UPI, debit/credit card, net banking) within 7–10 working days.

  • In cases where the service provider fails to deliver the service (e.g., no-show without notice), customers will receive a full refund with no cancellation charge.

3. Non-Refundable Charges

  • The cancellation fee of 30% of the Ticket value will apply to all service orders,- is non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • Any additional government taxes, if applicable, will not be refunded.
